GoofyxGrid has MOVED to GridCompute, new URL is below and has (finally) resumed sending tasks.

Appears ALL users stats, logins, etc have been migrated to the new location

It appears that they're not exporting any stats at moment at http://boinc.gridcomputingcenter.org/stats

Thanks to the heads up from "pag", the project has moved to http://nci.goofyxgridathome.net. I will update the site shortly.
