Web site causing Norton security errors

Post by idahofisherman » Fri Sep 11, 2009 5:13 am

Norton internet security found the following and classifies your website as unsafe. This is just for your info because I still use it anyway and have, since I started doing BOINC.

Keep up the good work.

Viruses (what's this?)
Threats found: 2
Here is a complete list:

Threat Name: Joke Program
Location: http://www.mundayweb.com/downloads/Haunt.exe

Threat Name: Joke Program
Location: http://www.mundayweb.com/downloads/Coke_Gift.exe

Hi,

Thanks for the info.

I hate Norton's web site scanner tool - they're just "joke programs" and not viruses.

I'll remove them anyway, as I don't want people put off using my sites.

Cheers,

Neil.
