Version 0.25 of the Yahoo! BOINC team widget has been released.

The new version allows you to choose the number of your top projects to be displayed and rank values will be comma separated if desired.

Hi all,

Version 0.3 has been released.

This new version will only work with at least version 4.0 of Yahoo!'s widget engine.

It includes support for the new dock feature (see screen shot below):



As you can see, the background image and colour of the dock item will change to match that of each widget

This new version no longer relies on the third-party XML library and makes use of XPath library that is now part of the widget engine.

Please let me know if you find any bugs.

The date is not updating. It still shows 25/03/07.

Hi,

The date was not changing on the stats graphics either. The problem was that the WEP-M+2 project stats had not been updated since 25/03/07. After looking at my crontab entries, I noticed that I had made a typo which had prevented the crontab from running properly.

I have now corrected the error and the project's stats are up to date which has fixed the date for your stats (and probably others).

Hi all,

Version 0.31 has been released to address the text colour bug highlighted by KSMarksPsych.

I have also added the "others" pseudo project to the widget to match the feature of the stats graphics.

Love the new widget. It doesn't seem to be updating automatically each day. I have to force an update by changing color. I let it go for two days to make sure that it wasn't a timing problem with me and my expectations. Keep up the good work.

Version 0.32 has been released to address the bug found by povaddict.

When you choose to have no background image for your widget, you will no longer see an image not found icon.

Hi,

I love both the BOINC widgets.

but when I look at the team widget, I only find those projects where I'm participating/subscribed, and not all of the team projects.
so the team total does not reflect the boincstats team total.

is there a possibility to have them all?

Hi all,

New versions of the BOINC Yahoo! Widgets have been released.

The new user and team version includes a bug fix for comma separated values, as well as offering the ability to show only projects with RAC greater than zero and to turn off update notifications.

Thanks to John Greer for finding the comma bug

Hi all,

New versions of the BOINC Yahoo! Widgets have been released.

The new user and team version includes a modification to the "show only projects with a RAC greater than zero" feature. You can now choose what the minimum RAC value should be for projects to be displayed.

PapaDox: I have also modified the data feed so that all the projects that your team crunches for are now supplied to the team widget.
