New Project: RakeSearch
What is RakeSearch?

RakeSearch is a research project that uses Internet-connected computers to search for orthogonal diagonal Latin squares. You can contribute to our research by running a free program on your computer.
Stats are being exported.
Currently ONLY Linux and just about completed small batch of BETA TEST UNITS for Windows.

New Project: ODLK1 http://boinc.multi-pool.info/latinsquares/

Stats are now being exported at http://78.26.93.125/latinsquares/stats/

The description of project ODLK1:
BOINC-project ODLK1 continues to solve the problem of BOINC-project ODLK.
Therefore the description of the project is the same.

In the project generate a database of canonical forms (CF) of diagonal Latin squares (DLS) of order 10 having orthogonal diagonal Latin squares (ODLS).
The necessary definitions for the theme can be found here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin_square
https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Латинский%20квадрат

The first three orthogonal pairs of DLS were found in 1992, they were published in the article "Completion of the Spectrum of Orthogonal Diagonal Latin Squares" (J. W. Brown et al.).
In 2012-2016 years there was a scientific BOINC project SAT@home, in which new orthogonal pairs of DLS of order 10 were searched.

https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAT@home
http://sat.isa.ru/pdsat

In this project were found 77 unique orthogonal pairs of DLS, which gave 154 unique CF ODLS. You can see the solutions found in the SAT@home project here:
http://sat.isa.ru/pdsat/solutions.php

The database produced in the submitted project includes solutions found in the SAT@home project.

Hi,

Thanks for the heads up. I will add this new project over the weekend.

I guess I should rename my existing GoofyxGrid project to "GoofyxGrid NCI" also.

Cheers,

Neil.

New Project: https://dhep.ga/boinc/stats/ Distributed Hardware Evolution Project (DHEP)

Stats are exporting and can be published. See: [link=hyperlink url]https://www.dhep.ga/boinc/forum_thread. ... postid=259[/link]

What is Distributed Hardware Evolution Project?
BOINC @ DHEP IS CURRENTLY IN BETA!

DHEP allows you to host an island running a Genetic Algorithm in a coevolutionary setting synthesising future super-reliable electronics such as those used in autonomous vehicles, power stations, medical equipment, aerospace. These are of increasingly paramount importance as more and more human lives rely on well functioning hardware.
Observation of population dynamics will also help us understand Evolution, not only to harness it to reach 'better than human' designs, but also to learn how migration rates, genetic diversity and the inner mechanisms of genetic recombination have concerted to reach the biodiversity and wonder of living organisms today.

DHEP is based at the University of Sussex.

At some factor prior, you referenced Andr OINC venture and its small print are being refreshed with the aid of your website online. After all, it seems that we are not able to add it to our venture list. Any opportunity to include it despite its rather questionable goal

Hi,

The AndrOINC project died some years ago (2011 IIRC). The site now in its place appears to be unrelated.

If you have any stats associated with the project from 2011, then you should be able to add it your account at https://boinc.mundayweb.com

Thanks for the heads up.

I've added the project as: Tomáš Brada Experimental Grid or TBEG for short.

Cheers,
