Wrong team in one Project [resolved]

Post by rwremote »

Hi,

I'm new here so hope this is the right place for little query.

I've set my my account and put all the projects in it.
But one of them has me in the wrong team.
Climateprediction.net has me in team "Elizium" and It should be "UK BOINC Team".
The Id is correct "BBC Climate Change Experiment (648268)" and the credit is correct.
When clicking the Id number it goes to http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnb ... rid=648268 which also shows "UK BOINC Team", so I'm not sure what the problem is.
(I've had the climateprediction.net account since February 2011)
Perhaps I'm being impatient as I've only just created the signature, so should I wait for it to update ?
Thanks for your time.

Cheers
Rob

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the forums.

I think you may have added the wrong project. The BBC CPDN project was a separate project from CPDN (aka Climatepediction.net) project.

You are in indeed team "UK BOINC Team" (as am I :-) ) for the CPDN project. See: http://boinc.mundayweb.com/stats/view.p ... 8268&prj=4

If you log into your account, go to "Your Projects" try adding "CPDN@Home" with your account ID 648268 and remove the BBC CPDN project.

Hope this helps,

Neil.

Hello Neil,

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yep, you're quite right, I missed the CPDN box !
All sorted now - knew it couldn't have been a coding error :P

Thanks for the help.

Cheers
Rob
