Support for April/May 2008

Post by Neil »

Dear all,

During March/April 2008 I will not have regular access to the Internet due to moving house and ISP changes.

I will endeavour to answer e-mails and forum posts when I can.

Cheers,

Neil.

Good luck with the move.

Hope it's not too stressful

Hi all,

I will be off the web from Friday and will not be back online until I have got set-up with a new ISP which could take a couple of weeks.

In my absence, I have promoted Ageless (aka Jorden) to the role of "global moderator" which allows him to administer the forums.

See you all on the other side!

Neil.

Hi all,

The move has gone well, but alas "10 working days" for broadband access from my new ISP has turned into a month. I hope to be back online by May 5th (according to my new ISP).

I will answer any remaining forum posts and e-mails then.

Apologies for the extended support outage.

Neil.

I'm back!

Although we haven't officially been told by our new ISP that we are connected or received their free router, the green Internet light on my Netgear router was flashing when I got home :D

Time to take Mario Kart on the Wii online!

Cheers,

Neil.

It's probably only a test. Tomorrow you'll be without it again until the 5th. ;)

Nothing happened here. I could even easily rebuild my crashed PC after a HDD died, still no one dared posting bad things here. They all love you. :)

Ah and welcome back.

Welcome back.

Since you were gone a member of the Knights Who Say Ni! gave me a free computer (he was upgrading) so I'm crunching faster than ever and watching those stats go right up.

Glad you're back.

When I first got broadband it worked the day before my official activation date. Then when I switched my computer on the next time, the USB modem fried itself and I had to wait a week for a new one.
