Pity the technical documentation is in French, all I could find in English was that they are doing Protein Folding - it seems to be the "in" thing.

I couldn't find anything in English about their specific aims.

Looks like they've shut down account creation by requiring an invitation code. And, worse, it was about an hour ago, before I read about the project and could join! :(

It has had an invitation code since day 1, they want to limit how many people come aboard to test the project in its beginning stages

There are also some serious problems with the WUs.

I killed my first one by viewing the graphics (the old addage, curiousity killed the cat has just been transformed into curiousity killed the wu).

CPU time doesn't increment correctly (if at all).

Not sure if there are checkpoints. I had to shut down due to the weather and although percent complete stayed the same the logged 10 seconds of CPU time (and that was over almost 3 hours) was gone.

In addition there are no forums and you can't view your results, atm.

Hence why by invitation code only its not ready for prime time yet, the developers are going to take the project offline in a few days or so to work on all the reported problems.

Edit: Hopefully those forums will come on soon for us all to use, I have stopped processing for now as they know there are major problems so no point wasting CPU time now

Since the project is back again, they plan to export stats in 1 week (at least they hope).
(fingers crossed  ).

Now you (only) need to add this project in the Supported Projects list.
Thanks again, Neil. :)
