Feature request: show only top X projects. Don't take it from the all-in-one account settings, have it as a widget option.

I investigated a little bit and toolbar is just a generic one with SETI logo on a corner. Anybody can make one here: http://www.ourtoolbar.com/WizardSelection.aspx The "author" of the toolbar gets money for each installation, so this is 100% spam.

Website had problems, it's mentioned on their front page news now.
