Re: New projects

Don't worry, I haven't forgotten. Unfortunately there have been some issues on the server used by my web host for my site. It has been moved to a new one but I have yet to change the DNS entries as I need to test the new server.

I hope to do this tonight.

Cheers,

Neil.

Re: Please update the URL for ALL CERN/LHC projects

Hi,

Thanks for the heads up. The SixTrack project was the only one that I could find that was using the "classical" URL so I have updated it accordingly.

Cheers,

Neil.

Re: theskynet POGS not updating

Hi, No need to apologise for the Seti@Home post - I'd rather people told me about a potential issue than not ;-) You are correct about POGS though. This was due to a safety check I built into my update script which checks when the number of teams in the latest database dumps is less than the number ...

Re: Seti@Home update oddness

Hi, The Seti@Home stats dumps provided by the Seti@Home folk have not been updated since 14th November and therefore my site (and others) do not have any new stats to process. This means your RAC has hit zero as a result. From the Seti@Home forums, it would appear that the server that creates the st...

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that the URL had changed.

I am now using it and the YAFU stats are now updating again.

Re: Must eject, re-insert micro sd card for PES to boot

From what I have been reading and from your reply I do think that the SD card is the culprit. Having solid red and green LEDs means that the Raspberry Pi is unable load the boot loader which is on the SD card under /boot. I would also recommend trying out PES 2.0 as it includes much newer Raspberry ...

Re: Must eject, re-insert micro sd card for PES to boot

Hi,

Glad you like PES.

I've not come across this problem before. Can you try an alternative SD card?

You might also be interested in PES 2.0 which has a much improved user interface and the latest Raspberry Pi updates.

Let me know how you get on,

Neil.
